iTriss Layered Panel script template design and integration

iTriss Layered Panel script template design and integration. Worked on the interface of the iTriss free web hosting provider which runs on the Layered Panel ver. 2 script. There were to be done all the frontend user pages plus the control panel user area pages. We've integrated the design in all the pages and made it work nicely.
